So, where is the vacation going to be this year? Disneyland maybe? If you want to go there you had better be ready to fight the crowds and take out a second mortgage on your home to pay for it. Northern California wine country is nice and so is the Grand Canyon but neither is good for kids. New York City can be nice for adults but its not too good for summer. If you brought the kids and need more space they have 2 and 3 bedrooms that are large enough not to get cramped. For multiple adult couples you might even go with the premium room. At 5000 square feet, you might forget anyone else is even there.
Once you arrive at the Sonoro condos it becomes your choice if you want to leave the property. The resort was designed to be self-contained. Every thing you will need is right there for you. You even have a small market and liquor store. If you worry about falling out of your work out routine then you can put you mind at ease as the do have a gym. You can dine at the restaurant, catch a game at the sports bar, or grab a drink pool side (or even in the pool).
The pools at the Sonoro condos provide plenty of swimming for you but if that is not enough there is more. There is over 200 meters (just under 1000 feet) of beautiful beach runs along the Sea of Cortez. Between the resort and the sea there are beautiful white sand dunes to play in as well. You can chose the beach or pool side to get that deep, vacation tan.
Now just because you are staying at the Sonoro Sun Resort does not mean that you are chained there. You still have all of Puerto Sonoro to explore. It has its own markets, fishing, dining and nightlife. It is also not the only resort in town so there are plenty of Americans and other resorts with restaurants you might want to try. The whole area is a tourist dream with a little of everything.
